Document of separation to the group companies
                after 32-year management record

Two years have passed since I was personally freed from the family of the founder, including my ex-wife. During that period of time, I played as the chairman of the group companies. My main work was to take care of the customers and the public services. I recall that my activities were much wider than it was in my presidency.
With a certain purpose in mind, I called a temporary general assembly. I intended to make a clear distinction against the founderfs family. What I did in the assembly was something like a nonfiction drama. However, I dare not to write it in detail.
My philosophy as the top manager was not to mix company business with personal affairs. It might be mixed all right if the company is so small as to perform every operation with family members only. As long as the company became as big as to have a hundred employees, I believed it must be managed in the form of at least non family dominated with no mixed concept in spirit.
I had a strong sense of aesthetic point of view, which made me to proclaim in the temporary general assembly my resignation from the company. It was December 5, 1992. the before mentioned resignation from some 17 or 18 official posts came from that sense of my noble attitude.
Coincidentally, in October the same year, I was awarded by the Ministry of Transportation for my longtime service to the trucking industry together with my activities through the Japan Trucking Association, Inc. and Hiroshima Prefectural Trucking Association, Inc.
